To embrace and support local made just like ours, all our furniture components (such as hardware, screws & more) are Australian made and distributed.
Furthermore, we directly involve ourselves with each and every build from start to completion (honouring the concept of one man workshop), in order to ensure the product final quality outcome.

Once you wish to proceed with your order, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking & to confirm your order for the production queue.
As we've been receiving order bookings from other projects on a daily basis, a remittance notice provided to us once your deposit payment has been made helps us to book your project on the queue accordingly.
Once the payment is processed and received, we’ll send you our invoice confirmation and further details regarding the build.
We offer Australia and New Zealand wide shipping.
You can book your order in for complimentary collection at our Tasmanian workshop (West Moonah); or for shipping presented by registered couriers or licensed removalists with an additional fee issued by the removal company depending on location.
For shipping-required projects, your furniture will undergo comprehensive packaging, complying transportation guidelines. This includes fully wrapping, strapping, palletising, and encasing in a sturdy box for optimal protection.
We are honoured by the fact that all our creations are made from 100% Australian reclaimed timbers & Plantation FSC certified sustainable Tasmanian timbers, locally grown and processed in Tasmania.
No other materials involved; such as MDF, melamine, veneer or chipboard etc.
Our decorative timbers are available across Tasmanian Oak, Messmate, Victorian Ash, Wormy Chestnut, Blackbutt & more.
Since our timber comes from the same local & sustainable resources due to the Australian Forestry Regulations, we don't uphold different price tags between the various timber options we are offering, ensuring a uniform and fair approach to all our customers.

We are using Osmo Australia clear matte natural oil and wax finish for all our furniture to honour the original, truthful beauty of our timber characteristics.
Should you require staining your furniture to your desired colour, we will customise our colour samples with various options tailored to your enquired colour for you to choose from.
Please kindly note that selecting colour staining option will incur a supplementary charge to the order initially booked in for complimentary natural finish.
Soft touch yet powerful mechanism, we are using European made, world leading rated & lifetime warranty hardware for all our furniture*.
No visible runners tangled around, these exquisitely manufactured runners are discreetly mounted to create a flush look, ensuring no visual noise disruptions.
Available in complimentary pull-to-open option with various pull-out rebate design options which are offered for you to choose from; or tap-open option for a flush surface look at a small extra cost.
For door/cupboard hinges, no additional cost applies to either option you choose.

Our workshop is located in West Moonah and we open by appointment.
In order to efficiently address your inquiry during your visit, we kindly request that you advise us with a brief overview of your requirements (including overall design and dimensions) prior to scheduling an appointment booking.
Once being provided, you'll be advised of our current pricing ranges to see if they enable you to discuss further.
Due to the nature of our bespoke furniture, all our works are made to order. Depending on your inquiry, we can schedule your appointment accordingly when we have finished designs similar to your enquired projects.
We offer domestic on-site assembly and installation for our table/ desk projects upon request with an extra small cost depending on your location.
For any other furniture category, and as we are purely woodworkers, may we recommend you to seek qualified builders and/or licensed handyman services for onsite installation.
Since we do not offer onsite installation, please be initially advised that we do not as well offer onsite measuring. This procedure is conducted by clients and their nominated builders.
